The lab work runs in accredited facilities using established sequencing standards, and variants are interpreted under internationally recognized clinical guidelines. Each report includes the relevant analytical performance information so your clinic can document its chain of evidence for the patient chart.

WGS (whole-genome) reads every part of the genome, including non-coding and structural regions. It is the right choice for diagnostic-odyssey cases, undiagnosed rare disease, cardiomyopathy panels, and neurodevelopmental work. WES (whole-exome) covers the protein-coding regions and captures the majority of known disease-causing variants at lower cost — a solid default for most inherited-disease workups.

It reports which bacteria are present and in what proportions, plus diversity scores, dysbiosis indicators, and condition-aware scores (IBS, IBD, metabolic syndrome). Probiotic and dietary suggestions are algorithmic guidance meant to start a clinician's conversation — not personalized prescriptions.

From sample receipt at the lab: WGS — up to 15 business days, WES — up to 10 business days, Gut Microbiome — up to 7 business days. Reports drop into the clinician portal as soon as they are ready, with email notification.

Each clinic gets its own isolated workspace with role-based access (Owner / Admin / Clinician / Reception). You add patients, order kits, write versioned clinical record entries with timestamps and clinician signatures, and view all reports in one place. Reports can be filtered by category and exported as PDF for the patient chart.

Optional and clinician-controlled. By default, patients only see what their clinician releases to them — the full clinical-grade variant view stays in the clinician's hands. You can release any specific report to the patient with one click and revoke just as easily.

Pricing is volume-based and tailored to your kit mix, so we don't list it publicly. After a short intake call (typically 1–2 business days), you'll receive a quote, a sample contract, a KVKK / GDPR data-processing agreement, and onboarding materials. New clinic accounts can usually be live within a week.

Direct EHR integration is on the roadmap, not yet available. In the meantime, every report exports as PDF, and variant data is available in standard formats. If there is a specific EHR you'd like prioritized, tell us during onboarding — we maintain a queue based on clinic demand.

Each clinic's data is fully isolated from every other clinic. We sign a KVKK / GDPR-compliant data-processing agreement with every clinic, treat genetic data as a special category, and apply encryption at rest with full audit logs on clinician actions. Patients can request export or deletion of their data, and the deletion is propagated end-to-end.
