About
bioRitma is our move into personalized medicine — the work of a research-led team helping build the infrastructure for next-generation medicine. We exist because the absence of obvious disease does not mean the presence of good health.
What we believe
Conventional medicine reacts when something has already gone wrong. Cholesterol that is already high. Diabetes already established. Cancer already formed. But your genome carries elevated risk decades earlier — and quieter signals like fatigue, brain fog, food intolerance, slow metabolism — long before any test calls them a disease.
We believe the next chapter of medicine is to listen to those quieter signals. From diagnosis to prevention. From rare disease to everyone. Not just whether something is broken — but how your specific biology actually works, so you can act on it.
Our story
We started where biology is most certain — rare disease — built the engine that solves it, and are now extending it across the full spectrum of human biology, from diagnosis to prevention.
Clinical engine
Our clinical intelligence platform. Genesus automates expert-level variant interpretation, reducing diagnostic time from years to hours. It runs in production today.
Personalized-medicine push
The same engine extended toward a broader vision — bringing whole-genome sequencing and deep biological insight into everyday health. Reports across health and carrier screening, built to help people understand how their specific biology actually works — not just whether disease is present.

Who we are
Our team brings together computer scientists, computational biologists, and clinical researchers — academics and engineers whose work has been highly cited in the field. Our goal is to translate that depth into infrastructure people can actually use.
Lidya Genomics is one of the most talent-dense teams ever assembled in Turkey. Across the team — engineers, researchers, medical doctors, and our lead designer — we collectively hold 4 PhDs, with members who have competed and earned medals at international science olympiads.
Whether you're a clinic interested in adding genomic intelligence to your practice or a researcher curious about the engine, we'd be glad to talk.
