If your kit is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or your sample fails to reach the lab in usable condition, we will send you a free replacement kit at no additional cost. The same applies if the lab determines the sample is insufficient or contaminated — sometimes saliva samples don't yield enough DNA on the first attempt, and that is on us to resolve.
A new kit ships within 1–2 business days, and your original order timeline simply restarts once the new sample reaches the lab.
